To respect your time and energy, we have kept the application process as simple as possible. You can choose one of the following ways to share your story with our committee:

• Option A (Written Letter): Write a letter of 500 to 1000 words.

• Option B (Short Video): Record a 3 to 5 -minute video using your smartphone.

Note: Video quality and editing do not matter. We care only about your story.

 

📝 What to Include in Your Submission

In your letter or video, please address the following prompts:

1. Your Journey: Tell us a bit about your child’s medical journey and everyday life.

2. The Current Need: Describe the specific financial barrier you are facing right now (e.g., unpaid therapy bills, a needed vehicle modification, or specific medical equipment).

3. The Impact: How will this specific grant directly improve your child’s daily care or quality of life?

 

🔒 Privacy & Document Verification

Your trust and privacy are our highest priorities.

• All medical information and personal financial details will be stored securely and reviewed strictly by our confidential judging panel.

• Your submission will never be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit, separate written consent.

• Alongside your narrative, we ask that you attach a simple verification document (such as a doctor's letter confirming the medical condition, or a copy of an unpaid medical bill matching your request).
